This workshop also includes methods of how to determine your shop labor inventory; determine technician and shop productivity & efficiency; identify and correct production problem areas; improve the scheduling and dispatch process; improve technician documentation of the workshop copy of the repair order; and sell diagnostic time legitimately and profitably, thereby increasing gross profit through increased billable hours.
